We want you to love your PM Creations 25 purchase! If you're not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
Return Eligibility:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached
- Custom or personalized items cannot be returned
- Sale or clearance items are final sale
Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.
Defective or Incorrect Items: If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will provide a prepaid return label and issue a full refund or replacement at no cost to you.
Refund Process: Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
